We offer a complete portfolio of disciplines, from simple office interior restructuring, to comprehensive interior fit-out and multi discipline refurbishment packages. Our projects range from controlled strip outs to restructuring of interior space and building extensions. From small, single offices to substantial multi-office refurbishments.Including; offices, boardrooms, facilities, reception areas, hygiene facilities and electrical stores.
Room schematics are drawn showing office layout, removal or erection of partitions and doors, enabling correct furniture positioning, thus optimising the working environment without infringing on fire or health and safety regulations.
The Project Manager completes a programme of works, a risk assessment and a method statement, taking into account the potential that refurbishment projects may involve working in partially occupied buildings, meaning the rest of the building needs to be in daily use.
As such projects will require a particularly high level of sensitivity; we work very closely with the customer, following both internal policies and HSE regulations, so that all measures are in place to ensure the safety of the occupants and the maintenance of environmental standards throughout.
If necessary, work will be undertaken out of working hours to minimise disturbance and disruption of normal working practise.
This could include redirection of walkways, full HSE signage and if needed work will be undertaken by CDM regulation (Construction Designed Management).
The project plan will also allow for optimum environmental efficiencies ensuring good housekeeping, recycling and waste control procedures are adhered to.
All work is then carried out in accordance with the approved project plan and safety file.

Having used Geocam contracts for a number of small jobs in the past, we had no hesitation in contacting Scott to discuss the conversion of a garage block into a Granny Annex.
